    For companies that find it difficult to predict how much help desk support they will need, Option 1 is an ideal fit. One reasonable price allows an unlimited number of support calls for two company representatives.

  • Option 2
    If your business doesn't have a persistent need for support then Option 2 is likely the better choice. This is Kaomso's "per incident" program which means you only pay for support when you need it. There's no contract or long-term commitment and the best part is that you don't pay for support you may never use.

    $85 / incident
